Shelton Elementary school fifth graders will be attending middle school next year for sixth grade. Most/All of our students will attend Bell Middle School, but please check the school locator to confirm your student’s designated middle school. If you are choice enrolled at Shelton Elementary, your designated middle school may be different.

Future Bobcat Nights: November 16 and December 6, 5:30 - 7:30pm
Both events feature an open-house format and have the same content; we offer two nights to accommodate families' schedules. We are also excited to feature a Q & A panels with parents, students, and administration!
Families will be able to tour the building. Students and staff will be in classrooms showing work they’ve done and answering your questions.

  • Area student visit days: Shelton 5th and 6th graders will also take a field trip to Bell during a school day on December 5th to visit classrooms, talk to current students, and sit in on some classes. If any area students miss the field trip, individual tours can be scheduled.

  • Non-area student visits: Students who do not attend one of the five Golden neighborhood schools and would like to see the school during the day, can schedule an individual tour.

  • Who do I call? 303-982-4280 to make a tour appointment or ask further questions.
  • You probably have many questions about Shelton Elementary! Please read the letter send home to 5th Grade.
